We keep our clients fully informed with intelligent feedback about viewings and our negotiators work hard to ‘qualify’ buyers to ensure they are in a position to proceed, negotiate the best sale price and liaise with other agents, solicitors and mortgage lenders. We also believe in being highly proactive during the ‘period of uncertainty’ from when a sale is agreed to exchange of contacts and we know this makes a difference to our clients and minimises the chances of a sale falling through.
Nationally, the ‘success’ rate – from sale agreed to completion – is often quoted at around 65%. At Fenn Wright, our success rate is at an industry leading level of 84%. *
