Local developers Halcyon Property Ltd, have taken nearly two years to convert John Cole House from commercial use to nine superbly finished apartments. Original features such as two magnificent staircases, sturdy front doors, and a fine formerly concealed window with stained glass detail have been fully restored, and traditional finishes such as six-panel doors, deep cornices and dado rails reintroduced.
