Buy to let landlords triple

According to new data from the Office for National Statistics, this is a figure that has tripled since the 1980s.

Their statistics highlight that there are more people aged 26 to 30 now privately renting a home, than any other age group. And fewer people under 40 own a home with a mortgage than in 1977.

Our landlords recognise that this is what people want and they understand the long term benefits of investing in good quality properties in the right locations where demand will remain strong.”
