Albert House, Russell Gardens, Wickford
Albert House comprises a 23,725 sq. ft. industrial/warehouse with a 23,208 sq. ft. mezzanine and secure yard. The property attracted multiple bids and having invited ‘best offers’ the site sold for a figure in excess of the original £2.25m guide price.
Bellcroft, Eastways Industrial Estate, Witham
6 Bellcroft is an established scrap yard located on the popular Eastways Industrial Estate a short distance from the A12. The site was under offer at a figure in excess of the £1.85m guide price within a week of listing having received several enquiries. The site was sold to Brand and Howes Environmental Limited who are opening an additional site to expand their business.

A mid terrace industrial unit measuring 2,405 sq. ft. a short distance from the A12 has been sold to a local business to assist with their expansion. This well-presented mid terrace property sold for £390,000 reflecting £162.00 per sq. ft.

Located on popular Bowlers Croft, this mid terrace industrial unit measuring 1,952 sq. ft. was sold to a private individual for the £300,000 asking price. The sale reflects £153.68 per sq. ft.
