Sudbury is now home from home for Fenn Wright

Prior to the opening of the new branch, Fenn Wright acquired long-established independent Sudbury estate agent, Thorntons, adding Thorntons properties seamlessly into Fenn Wright’s growing portfolio in and around the popular market town.

The previous owner of Thorntons, Sam Thornton, has joined Graham Buxton and his team, as Associate Partner at the new branch. With over 30 years’ experience in selling properties on the Suffolk/Essex border, Sam is a familiar and friendly face for local residents and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local area.

The expansion into Sudbury was a natural progression for the leading chartered surveyors, estate agents and consultants, with the offices in Stanway and Ipswich already handling properties near the popular market town. The large number of medieval properties in and around Sudbury are aligned with Fenn Wright’s Signature range, making it the perfect fit.

Graham and Sam are leading the team of eight, which includes a mix of established Fenn Wright employees and some new faces who are all local to the area and have been welcomed to the Fenn Wright family. Together, the Sudbury team has nearly 200 years of experience and unrivalled knowledge of the local area.
