The power of PR
The joy of PR is that it is completely free, unlike that of advertising. As articles are written by a journalist, whereas adverts of properties are written by an estate agent, PR is a powerful marketing tool, promoting a product in a much more subtle way than advertising does.
So how does PR work?
Our PR consultant has headed up the PR for some of the world’s best property companies for many years, and now runs her own PR consultancy service. She chats with our vendors to pick out the good PR hooks of their homes and then works with numerous journalists on a daily basis to place our homes in articles that range from stories about the Essex and Suffolk property market to individual property write up’s themselves. Journalists love to hear about the stories behind a home… be it homes with a history, celebrity vendors, a grand design or significant renovation projects undertaken by the vendors and so on.
As an independent estate agent, this additional service is very unique for our area and so further enhances our marketing exposure for our clients. By offering them access to the lucrative London and International markets as well as local, we make sure our clients’ properties are seen by as many people as possible, thus maximising every opportunity we can to secure multiple viewings and the best price.
