Baileys Cottage is being offered for sale at a guide price of £850,000. Although its outside is quite plain, its interior is heavily timbered and full of period character. Reception rooms include a family room with magnificent inglenook, an old bakery room again with open fire, dining room and study. There is a magnificent kitchen with adjoining larders and utility room, four bedrooms (the master with en suite shower room) and a family bathroom. The cottage stands in good-sized grounds with a range of outbuildings.

The Essex couple featured in the programme that aired in mid-March were not offered Baileys Cottage as it was outside their £500,000 budget.
