Our Commercial Agency team enjoyed further success in 2023 and have been recognised by the Estates Gazette, a widely read and respected national property journal.  Fenn Wright have been awarded ‘Most Active Commercial Agent in Essex’ for the fifth consecutive year, and scooped the award for ‘Most Active Commercial Agent in Suffolk’ - a fantastic accolade which we hope will help this successful area of our business continue to go from strength to strength.

We are also pleased to share that for the third year in a row, Michael Moody was named ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ – an award given for completing more transactions than any other commercial agent in the East of England within the last 12 months.  Michael joins previous dealmaker winners in Essex and Suffolk, James Wright, Hamish Stone and John Logan.
