How we can help
Our Building Surveyors undertake initial site appraisals followed by progress inspections at specified intervals which provides assurance to the lender when developers wish to claim funding.
As part of this process, we monitor progress and undertake ‘drawdown inspections’ which ensures funds are released for completed works only at certain stages of a project.
It is also important to understand the risks throughout the project, where our team will ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, highlighting any potential non-compliance with planning.
